About Corporate Values
I conceptualized this article because I believe we must design company cultures with corporate values that encourage healthy dialogue among staffers and I recognize that most leaders don’t even know where to begin.
In the piece, co-authored with Nancy Halpern, we argue that executives can begin to make a difference by introducing the promotion of healthy dialogue as a corporate value. It was inspired by a conversation that she and I had on my podcast The Indispensable Conversation.
Indeed, we are proud that it found a home in a magazine as well respected in the senior HR leadership space as the SHRM Executive Network!
